All cars for sale are out of our personnal private collection, out of our business or are customers vehicles. Every car is sold "as is where is" without any sort of warranty. They are all sold as resoration projects or parts cars for dealers or amateur restorers. The buyer is aware of the condition of the vehicle after visiting. All steps that need to be done to bring the classic car on the road of the buyers country is at his charge. All documents or registration forms can be seen on symply demand. As seller we have no more information on the history of the cars as stated in the description on this site. All sorts of malfuctions are possible on every part (structural, mechanical, electrical), and so all costs and repairs are the buyers responsability. The chassis/VIN/serial numbers mentioned in the sales contract are the numbers that can be found on the frame or any other part of the vehicle (or on ID plates). The km's or miles mentioned in the contract is the number that can be seen on the odometer and is not guaranteed to be real. All vehicles are "classics" and there will always something to be done on an old car. Every potential buyer is welcome to visit and inspect the cars and seeing what he is going to get. If he does not agree with the terms of sale or with the written description on this site he should not commit to buy. Signing a sales contract without any warranty means that the buyer agrees to buy the car in the condition as stated. A vehicle is "pending sale" and reserved only after a - non refundable - cash deposit is recieved. The complete amount needs to be paid not later then 10 days after the deposit is paid, otherwise there will be no sale and no refund of the deposit.
